I’m first-generation American, and I grew up speaking Russian and Ukrainian at home.

I love to read! Some recent favorites include Educated by Tara Westover and Happy City by Charles Montgomery.

When I’m not coding, I’m probably doing some sort of physical activity. Like many environmental scientists, I enjoy hiking, but I’m also a big fan of weightlifting and swimming laps at the pool.
